You can fill out this form at any time. However, do not send your photos via email until my books are open! (there is a countdown on the home page of when my books will open!)
Pricing will be discussed via email once books are open and your design concept is accepted.
Because I have different styles that I tattoo, if you are looking to get a custom piece, please attach a photo of one of my past tattoos that best describes the style you are going for for your design. That way we can be on the same page style wise! If you are getting a pre-drawn design, attach a screenshot of it here as well as send it in the email. If the attachment isn't working, just send it via email.
Immediately after submitting this form, you should receive an email prompting you to send an inspiration picture and a (straight on and closer up) picture of the placement that you are wanting tattooed through email! Don't send the photos until books open.

What are the next steps?
-You will get an email from the automated shop email (Cultivatetattoostudio@gmail.com). Please read the instructions thoroughly. (make sure to email the booking email, not the automated email)
-Once my books open and I receive your pictures through email, I will sort all emails into folders and if your project is chosen, I will give you a price quote.
-If the price quote is comfortable with your budget, you will pay a deposit via Venmo.
- Once you let me know (via email) that you sent the deposit, we will send you a link to book online so that you can find a day and time that works best for your schedule!
