You can fill out this form at any time. However, do not send your photos via email until my books are open! (there is a countdown on the home page of when my books will open!)
Pricing will be discussed via email once books are open and your design concept is accepted.

** This form is to gather all info needed for the email you send me when my books officially open. This form alone is not a submission to get a quote. You must send me an email when my books open for custom pieces (October 11th between 10am-10pm) to be considered and given a price quote. **
If you'd like to attach a photo to further explain your tattoo idea, please do so here!
Immediately after submitting this form, you should receive an email prompting you to send an inspiration picture and a (straight on and closer up) picture of the placement that you are wanting tattooed through email! Don't send the photos until books open.

What are the next steps?
-You will get an email from the automated shop email (Cultivatetattoostudio@gmail.com). Please read the instructions thoroughly. (make sure to email the booking email, not the automated email)
-Once my books open and I receive your pictures through email, I will sort all emails into folders and if your project is chosen, I will give you a price quote.
-If the price quote is comfortable with your budget, you will pay a deposit via Venmo.
- Once you let me know (via email) that you sent the deposit, we will send you a link to book online so that you can find a day and time that works best for your schedule!
